It seems like a full-time job to keep skin hydrated during the cold, dry months. My nails look horrendous, and my body is screaming for nourishment. Two body lotions I swear by are Santa Maria Novella Body Cream and Neutrogena Hydro Boost Body Gel Cream. The SMN is a treat but during these months I’d go through bottles too quickly, so I save it for special occasions*. The Neutrogena is perfect for all other times, I can liberally apply all over, and it dries quickly. The hydraulic acid also helps quite a bit.
You can find the lotion at Santa Maria's site and Neutrogena's Hydro Boost on Amazon.
*SMN lotions come in many beautiful scents, the Tobacco Toscanna is my favorite especially when I layer it with the perfume. Otherwise, the Relax is delightful.

The OG of tote bags, LL Bean, finally gave me what I’ve been looking for, an all-cream version of their iconic Boat and Tote Bag. Chic.
Now, if they would just make a tote bag for dogs…

Hermes for the win. You'll definitely be invited back if you show up with this chic set. Anything in an orange box is always well received and usually elicits a squeal of excitement. Friends, take note.

The best thing to happen to Carl and me this year was the addition of our EE English Cream Mini Dachshund to our family. Piper has changed our life, and the hierarchy at home! This breeder makes you jump through hoops, but when you get home with your mini, you understand why.

I’ve been using this for years. It’s THE tool to revive your cashmere sweaters and scarves. It’s also habit forming.

This brand is quietly chic in all ways. The Incognito Cabas Tote in small is my go-to tote for travel. It fits my laptop, ipad, has so many magnetic secret pockets on the inside/outside plus has a zip top so your contents don’t spill everywhere.

Zara nails it with their dreamy denim. These fashion forward picks have been on my hips day in and day out. Run don’t walk.

Nothing says holiday like a well-stocked bar cart. This is my absolute favorite, and in fact, I stole the sample for our apt. The mix of taupe wood, washed rattan, marble and satin-aged bronze is perfection. We nailed it on this one.

If you’re a die-hard Lainey Wilson fan, a cowboy hat is a must. Marsh & Magnolia have excellent ones if you happen to be in the Charleston area, which seems to be the happening place these days. Their hat accessories are top notch too.

I’m a loafer girl, and always have been and always will be. These super stylish ones are some of the best with their crinkly toe and subtle logo.

While dining at our dear friend, Susanna Salk’s house, (who happens to be an author of heaps of design books, and a host and co-producer of, “At Home With” a video series on the Quintessence Channel on You Tube), she served the MOST fabulous crackers along with her signature cheese board. We all whipped out our phones and ordered on the spot. Called, Top Seedz, they are in fact, just that.

I'm super lazy when it comes to applying make-up. However, when I find a product that's super easy AND does a perfect job, I'm all in. I may be late to the party, but Chanel nailed it with Les Beiges Water-Fresh Tint. Perfect coverage + perfect glow.
